Aashid Himons has traveled a long and windy road from the shelter of the hills of West Virginia to the Tennessee Valley. In the early 80's Aashid broke new ground in Music City with his popular and legendary reggae band, Afrikan Dreamland. Reviewed in Billboard magazine who said "This trio of synthesizers and guitar recalls early - '70's Tangerine Dream, when that group was still using live performances as free-form explorations . . .
