Is Gravity Caused by Tension in the Fabric of Space-Time? | |

Compact objects in the universe are made up of
extremely dense matter. Black holes are one type of
compact object. I like to use the following analogy
to illustrate why gravity is so enormous on the
surface of a black hole. Imagine a ball of hard
rubber cut in half. Place a large steel ball bearing
between the halves and press the halves together. The
fabric of space-time is like the hard rubber. It is
unforgiving and unyielding. It cannot permeate a
black hole, because there is no empty space inside a
completely collapsed compact object. The fabric of
space-time presses down very hard on the surface of a
black hole and creates enormous surface gravity. A planet like our Earth is not composed of dense matter. There is lots of "empty space" in our planet. Consequently, I would think that the fabric of space-time can easily penetrate the Earth to its very core. In the case of our planet, the fabric holds us down with elastic-like tension. If the above theory of gravity is valid, then we can conclude that objects in space, like the Earth, have no gravitational pull. The fabric of space-time is displaced by the presence of the Earth. This displacement results in the elastic-like tension in the fabric of space-time that causes gravity to exist on our planet. Copyright © 2001 by Robert J. Lee. Author’s Note: The above article is part of a series which are written in response to reader inquiries and questions arising from an interview with a WW II veteran, who was a member of the US Army Counter Intelligence Corps during the war. This WW II CIC veteran indicated that he saw first hand evidence that during WW II Germany manufactured craft which utilized electromagnetic propulsion. As indicated in previous articles, I believe that these craft were capable of space-time distortion. The fabric of space-time can apparently be manipulated by some types of electromagnetic waves. This may explain how a UFO relaxes the tension of the fabric of space-time and creates a small gravity-free zone. If a UFO can cancel gravity with electromagnetic waves, then I cannot help but believe that tension in the fabric of space-time is the cause of gravity. This conclusion, on my part, led me to develop the above interpretation of gravity. |
